- 80cm flat screen TV, coffee table, shoe cabinet.
- Dining area with 4 seats (stand-up type with high stools).
- Programmable heating.
- A double glazed window with electric roller shutter
- A fitted bathroom (shower, vanity unit + mirror, WC).
- Plenty of storage (large wardrobe with hanging space and shelves in the living room, drawers and cupboards on the kitchen side, cupboards also in the bathroom.
- A private storage space is provided in the entrance hall, for surfboards & wetsuits, beach toys, etc.
PARKING & LOCALITY:
- Free car parking spaces (from October to May) in the street where the villa is located.
- Parking for bicycles and 2 motorized wheels free of charge (all year round) in front of the accommodation.
- The Saint-Charles district 5 min walk away, allows you to find all the shops (bakery, greengrocer, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, laundromat, tobacconist / press, bars, restaurants, wine merchant, etc.).
- Bus stop 2min walk, serving train station and airport (in 10min).
- You will be close to everything! The car is really not necessary (unless you want to go on the road).
WEEKLY RATES:
- From €250 to €750 per week depending on the season.
- Only weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from mid-June to mid-September and school holidays.
- Minimum 7 nights in a row at your convenience the rest of the time.
NIGHTS RATES:
- From €35 to €75 per night depending on the season.
- Only weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from mid-June to mid-September and school holidays.
- Minimum 2 nights in a row at your convenience the rest of the time.
NOTES:
- Rent: deposit of 30% of the amount to validate the reservation and the remaining 70% 3 days before arrival.
- Deposit: 400€ (cheque or bank transfer) 3 days before arrival, returned 6 days after departure.
- Cleaning charge: €45.
- Household linen provided (sheets, hand towels, tea towels, floor cloths, hand towels and shower mats).
- Duvets, pillows and mattress pads provided
- Non-smoking accommodation please.
- Small pets allowed, with cleaning fee to be taken (thank you for your understanding).
- The apartment is not accessible to people in wheelchairs (in half-ground with access by stairs).
