Come live the life in the shed in a State of mind and life Marseillaise. Here the comfort is simple, but authentic, you are in an old fisherman shed facing the public beach of good breeze! Come and live a moment in an atypical place following the demolition of many sheds marseillais. We wanted to renovate by keeping touches of authenticity instead. The area is on the road of the Goudes, close to the Calanques and many shops.
The shed has been able to showcase its original wall stones and has been covered with lime for the most authentic decoration. You will have a double bed on the mezzanine (accessible by its Miller ladder), and a two-seater convertible sofa in the dining area. The kitchen has a stone pile of Cassis, microwave, Electric Hob, an Italian coffee maker, blender and kettle. The apparent stone bathroom includes a WC, a shower with welcome products available. The shed has a private terrace, barbecue, deckchairs, and stunning views of the beach and beautiful sunsets over the Friuli archipelago. Here we cut the noise of the engines, for that of the waves! Enjoy your breakfast, a drink, or a romantic dinner in front of the sea!
A short wave is created to the right and to the left of the beach. For beginners Beach Peel is only a 5/10min drive. For kite enthusiasts, a take-off area is on the Esplanade in the Prado lawn facing the Red Lion.
The ambiance of the beach could be summed up in a public beach frequented by locals who like to finish their day with an aperitif or a picnic on the beach until nightfall, and in the mid season a beach where you will quickly find yourself facing the sunset of sun.

-You are asked to respect this shed as if it were yours, with kindness.
-For the respect of the cabanoniers it is asked to stop any noise nuisance after 10pm off summer and 23h in summer.
-It is requested to respect the welcome products are freely available and use them within the reasonable limit. These are products left by former occupants or at the option of our travels.
-It is forbidden to throw other things than toilet paper in the toilet, it is a sanidisposer. In case of clogged TOILETS we will charge you the intervention with your security deposit.
-Arrivals are from 3pm and 8pm maximum. €10 extra for arrivals between 8pm and 10pm. €20 extra for arrival between 10pm and 24h. €50 extra for arrivals after midnight. For departures you can leave your accommodation between 11am and noon. For a departure before 9am, a surcharge of €10 will also be requested.
-The number of people who can sleep on the spot is 4.
-Do not leave any business of values unattended on the beach or on the terrace. Close the shed when you are gone.
-Your departure must be done in agreement with Charlotte.
-In case of use of the barbecue, please do not "smoke" your neighbors from the top, put yourself on the least sheltered part. Please also clean and store the barbecue in the carton as soon as you have finished using it.
