Description

The house is located in a very small village (les conches 85560) near the ocean. You can access to the Bud surf spot through the forest. the spot is 1500 meters away from the house and you can reach it by walking or riding (there are 6 old bycicles at home) The garden measures 800m² and there is many installations pergola, old baby foot, barbecue. There is a pool (acces from june to september). The house is divided in a 50 m² living/dining room ,3 rooms, 1 bathromm, 1 kitchen
