We rent our pleasant second house sablaise, renovated, on the ground of 60 m2, with sunny courtyard. Quiet, ideally located, near by train station (400 metres), shops and beach (7 minutes walk). Perfect for surfing at Les Sables!
The house is quiet, very bright and ideally located 600 meters from the beach, 400 meters from the station, 900 meters from the port. It is close to the Arago market and the shops in the city centre. This allows you to do everything on foot.
There will be a barbecue available, an outdoor dining table.
There is a bedroom with a large bed (queen size), a small children's room with a bunk bed, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom (shower) and separate toilets. The bedding is quality.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, dry washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
Parking spaces are close to the property.
