pretty little holiday home, very quiet, in a totally pedestrian residence on the edge of golf in the pine forest. Your children can stroll around as they please while you enjoy your barbecue on the shady terrace. Unless you prefer to ride the bikes to get to the ocean (10 min by bike, 25 min on foot) or to the lake of lacanau real water playground (swimming, water skiing, fishing, wakeboarding ...) by one of the many bike paths.

House of 32m2 - 15m2 of mezzanine inside totally renovated (total renovation of the terrace in March 2021). No screws. Calm assured. 1 mezzanine with access by staircase (1 bed 140 and 1 single bed) and 1 closed bedroom (1 sofa bed bz and 1 mezzanine bed 1 place). 1 sofa bed bz in the living room. 8 beds in total. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, laundry, dishwasher, mini oven. bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. garden furniture for 8. Barbecue. Board games. Children's umbrella bed, children's dishes. Pregnant bluetooth. Dvd screen and player. Many children's DVDs.

2 bikes are made available free of charge for additional deposit at the time of handing over the keys (caution 150 euros per bike).
