The kitchen is fully equipped and of very good standing, it allows to be completely autonomous during your stay.
I'll give you the good restaurants in the area with pleasure.
Besides, I surf regularly on the Basque coast, so I can give you information about the surf spots in the area and rent you surfboards if you wish.
Option (important):
- I do not take any cleaning costs so the traveler must clean the accommodation himself entirely (fridge, toilet, shower, microwave, etc...) If you don't want to clean up you can take the household option of 35 euros to pay on arrival. You should ask for this option preferably a week in advance to have a person available.

Rules
You can choose to clean your own accommodation or book a cleaning service at a rate of EUR 38, one week before your arrival, subject to acceptance by the establishment.
From October to May, a water consumption check will be carried out. You can consume 2 m3 of water for free per week. An additional EUR 4 is then charged for each m3 of additional water used.
Heating costs are not included. They amount to about 10 or 15 EUR per week.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate for stays from October to June. You can bring your own or rent them on site, for the following additional fees:
- EUR 10 per bed per stay for bed linen
- EUR 5 per towel.
Check-in and check-in times must be confirmed by the establishment.
If you arrive between 8:00 p.m. and midnight, you will also be able to pick up the keys for free at the owner's house nearby.
Please note that there are additional charges for:
- departure before 8:00 a.m.: EUR 30
- departure before 6:00 a.m.: EUR 50
- check-in between 20:00 and 22:00: 30 EUR
- check-in between 22:00 and midnight: 45 EUR
- check-in after midnight: 50 EUR.
A security deposit of EUR 450 is requested on arrival. The refund should be made on the day of your departure.
