Located next to the beach of la Gravière in Hossegor, come and enjoy this nice terraced house.
Modern, spacious and bright, she is completely renovated.
Is located on the ground floor: a kitchen fitted out and equipped open on the living room exposed South overlooking a large deck with corner barbecue; the room with access to the garden; a bathroom; an independent WC. Is located on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and a shower room with WC.
In the face of the dune, this accommodation is close of the biggest surf of Hossegor, barely 50 metres from the beach of the gravel pit.
The terrace facing South is safe for the children through a door that can be closed to key. You have a barbecue, a large dining table for 8 people and a garden.
On the ground floor, you have a large living room with dining table (a table for 8 people), a corner sofa with TV area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor hood, induction plate, dishwasher), a toilet, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a room (1 bunk bed 90 can turn into 180) with dressing and direct access to the garden with in this outdoor shower / storage secure surfing.
There are plenty of storage under the stairs.
The floor, the space consists of two rooms each with 1 bed 160, storage and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
